CPC - Compact Pressure Calibrator
Use the CPC series in process control applications such as
verification or calibration of pressure gauges,
transducers, transmitters, pressure switches and safety
valves. The JOFRA CPC are portable,
self-contained precision instruments delivered as complete
ready to use systems or as a stand alone indicator.
- Easy-to-read dual line LCD display that indicates
pressure
and mA (loop signals) and percent of full scale
simultaneously.
- Store peak values (upper and lower).
- Single button zeroing.
- Shutoff feature that extends battery life.
- Available in 3 different pressure ranges from
vacuum to 200 psi / 15 bar.
- Instant conversion of pressure readings to 17
different engineering units
of measure, e.g. psi, bar, mbar, kPa, Kg/cm2, cmH2O,
mH2O, inH2O, ftH2O, mmHg, inHg.
- input for mA (0-24 mA).
- Pressure switch test indicates opening or
closing point.

The CPC systems are delivered ready to use in a rugged
carrying case. All systems includes: carrying case,
pump, hose, connections, battery, test leads, and
traceable calibration certificate. |

The
"freeze display" function
All CPC models has a time saving semi automatic
pressure switch test. The instrument records the
closing and opening pressure for the switch. The CPC can
also be used to monitor a certain measurement point in the
process and display the minimum and maximum value.
This feature can be very helpfull when checking
pressure spikes around valves. |

This 'ready-to-use' calibration system comes with an
AMETEK pneumatic pump series T-700. The type of
pump depends on the operating ranges required.
Systems are available for vacuum to 0.7, 2 or 15 bar
/ 10, 30, or 200 psi. All systems have built-in fine
adjustment, vent valve, and separate output for the test
object and are delivered with a traceable calibration
certificate. |

This 'ready-to-use' calibration system comes with an
AMETEK pneumatic pump series T-910. This type of
pump has both vacuum and pressure capabilities. System
B cover the pressure range vacuum to 15 bar / 200
psi. The system has built-in fine adjustment, vent
valve, and separate output for the test object and are
delivered with a traceable calibration certificate. |
