The JOFRA ITC series of dry-block calibrators has been designed for accurate true temperature calibration in the field. The ITC series features a modified dual-zone heating block from the ATC series. This means much better calibration uncertainties throughout a broad varieties of temperature sensors. The simple operation and the automatic functions have been carefully selected for ease of use. The ITC series is an efficient temperature calibrator without compromising quality.

  Well - optimized for accuracy - The ITC-320 and ITC-650 employ a modified dual-zone principle derived from the ATC series. This ensures good temperature homogeneity in the calibration zone. The ITC-320 and ITC-650 also use the same inserts as the ATC series. This means deep immersion depth and a diameter wide enough to leave room for also a reference probe or multiple sensors.

    Three models - The JOFRA ITC series consists of three models in different temperature ranges. All units offer excellent performance and feature the large, backlit LCD display panel, which is easy to read even in well lit areas. A rugged, slim-line, aluminium outer casing with die-cast top and bottom protects the ITC series of dry-blocks.

High flexibility - Interchangeable insertion tubes are used to match the diameter of your sensor-under-test. Also multihole inserts are available.

  Switch test - Fully automatic test of thermo switches. The calibrator will find the closing and the opening temperatures and calculate the hysteresis. This leaves you free to concentrate on other things while the test is running.


     
     

  Auto step - The calibrator will automatically change to the next programmed value. This allows the calibrator to be placed anywhere in the process while you monitor the output from the sensor-under-test in the control room.


  Easy maintenance    
       
  If adjustment of the calibrator is needed, use the built-in routine. No need for a computer or a screwdriver. "Calibration Date" is shown each time the instrument is switched on.
   

    Correct and safe calibration
     

  MVI circuitry - The MVI technology removes the stability problem caused by an unstable mains supply. This is very often a problem in production environments with large electric motors, heating elements, etc. cycling on and off.

  Stability indicator - Clear audio and visual indication in the display when the calibrator is stable.

    RS-232 and calibration software option
     

  Simplified calibration documentation - As an option, all CTC series calibrators can be delivered with an RS-232 serial interface and the AMECAL-TEMPERATURE software. This WINDOWS®-based software allows the user to customize calibration routines. The software is easy to use so you do not have to be a programmer to configure your own calibration procedures .
