NEW Additions to the 'Pocket' PAL line-up
	ATAGO has always been on the cutting edge of the refractometer world.  The introduction of the PAL-1 revolutionized hand-held digital refractometers but we have not stopped with the PAL-1.  As you know, there are over 80 Special Scale Pocket refractometers available and we keep adding to this incredible line-up.  Three new PAL units have been introduced recently.  The PAL-98S Condiment Meter, the PAL-102S Cutting Oil Meter and the 65th Anniversary Edition PAL-α.  Digital Hand-held "Pocket" Condiment Meter PAL-98S (cat# 4498) is ideal for measuring the concentration of various condiments.  Use it to measure soy sauce, ketchup, marinades, curry and many other sauces.  Finding the relationship between the actual taste and the measurement value using the PAL-98S will help any chef ensure the best taste every time. Digital Hand-held "Pocket" Cutting Oil Meter PAL-102S (cat# 4502) is designed for controlling the concentration of cutting oils.  This is most suitable for the measurement of the percent dilution and controlling the percent concentration of hydraulic oil and cleaning liquid.  Cutting oil, molding lubricant and rust resistance liquid are also well within the measurement range of the PAL-102S.  With a water resistant design, the PAL-102S can also float in water which will help to prevent unforeseen accidents.  Quick and easy measurements can be taken with the PAL-102S anywhere on your factory floor.  Released on ATAGO's 65th Anniversary, the PAL-α (cat# 3840) is a special model with a wide brix range (0-85%) offered at a very reasonable price.  PAL-α is useful for measuring most kinds of samples as well as samples that are in the cooking process.  Designed with a water resistant feature, the PAL-α can be washed under running water.  PAL-α is equipped with the same great features as the other PAL units.
