HI 9041 Easy-To-Use Wipe-Clean Microprocessor Thermometer
|
|
HI 9041 has only the ON/OFF key to operate the meter.
Thermometers could not have been made simpler to use!
The HI 9041's casing effectively blocks the entry of dirt which
might otherwise short-circuit the electronics; a common source of problems with
conventional instruments. Its wipe-clean case has rounded edges making it easy
to spot food and other marks.
A wide range of interchangeable probes enable the same thermometer to
be used for food, air, between-pack and liquid temperature measurements. The
rounded shape of the probe body resists dirt and makes cleaning easy and quick.
The probe handles are color coded to avoid cross-contamination. The probes come
with a 3.3' (1 m) cable connected to the top of each unit, placing them in the
most convenient position. Choose the penetration probe most suitable for your
application: HI 765PW (white) for general penetration, HI 765PBL (blue) for
frozen food, HI 765PG (green) for vegetables and HI 765PR (red) for meat. Other
probes include HI 765A for air, HI 765L for liquids, or the wire probe HI 765W
for between packs.

Before developing the Foodcare® thermometers, Hanna Instruments
carried out extensive research to determine the needs and preferences of the
food industry. The general consensus that emerged was that the thermometers
should be reliable, easy to use by non-technical personnel, easy to clean,
accurate across the whole range and have long battery life with an auto
shut-off for battery conservation. Last but not least they should be usable
with a range of interchangeable probes and not requiring recalibration every
time they are changed. The HI 9061 will give you all of these benefits and much
more.
- Interchangeable Probes A wide range of interchangeable probes
enable the same thermometer to be used for food, air, between pack, liquid and
surface temperature measurements. The rounded shape of the probe body resists
dirt and makes cleaning easy and quick. The probe handles are color coded to
avoid cross-contamination. The probes come with a 1 meter (3.3') cable
connected to the top of each unit, placing them in the most convenient
position. Choose the probe most suitable for your application from the
following: HI 765PW (white) for general penetration, HI765PBL (blue) for frozen
food, HI 765PG (green) for vegetables, HI 765PR (red) for meat, HI 765A for
air, HI765L for liquids, HI 765BP for between packs. The meter's accuracy can
be checked with Hanna's temperature keys.
Meter is calibrated against an NIST standard. Upon request HI
9061C/C* and HI 9061F/C* models are available. Both come supplied
with a Factory Calibration Certificate against NIST standard.

HI 935007 K-Type °F/°C Thermocouple Thermometer With
Direct Probe
|
|
HI 935007 completes the range of compact thermometers
offering an extensive measurement range in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. It can
read temperature accurately from -50 to 950°C and -58 to 1742°F. The
resolution is 0.1°C or 0.2°F in the lower scale and 1°C or 1°F
at high temperatures.
HI 935007 is launched at such an attractive price to
make it possible for every operator to carry his or her own professional
instrument. And this is not all! A fixed K-type penetration HI 766C probe with
3 feet of cable is also included with the meter. HI 935007 is supplied with a
9V battery providing 500 hours of continuous battery life.
Add to these the Hanna two-year parts and labor warranty and you have
got yourself a product for years of trouble-free operation! Use the Hanna
optional HI 710007 shockproof boot to prolong your meter's life and improve its
performance. The HI 710007 rubber boot is designed to hug the meter so tightly
that our engineers during the conventional endurance tests gave up trying to
break it! HI 935007, clad in a boot, was at one stage thrown against a cement
wall without having any adverse effect on its performance.

The CheckTemp® 4 gives you
practical solutions to temperature measurement for food service. As you unfold
the stainless steel probe, the CheckTemp® 4 automatically turns ON and immediately
performs a calibration test. This unique Hanna feature, Cal-Check,
provides you the security of knowing you have accurate measurements.
Cal-Check lets you know if your battery level is too low or if your
thermometer requires re-calibration. The integrity of CheckTemp® 4's high accuracy is made possible by using
more calibration points within its solid-state electronics.
Special attention was given to the design of the CheckTemp® 4. This thermometer fits comfortably and
securely in your hand. The oversized liquid crystal display is easy to see and
read. The fast responding folding probe is made high quality, stainless steel
and can penetrate semi-frozen and semi-solid foods like meats, ice cream and
cheeses. The probe unfolds to several different positions making it easier to
reach your samples. When you are finished using your CheckTemp® 4, wipe the probe clean and fold it away. The
CheckTemp® 4 automatically turns
OFF so you can safely carry it in your pocket. We have even included a wrist
strap for extra security. Let Hanna Instruments provide you with the practical
solutions for quality control, food safety and HACCP compliance.

HI 93501 Accurate and Affordable Thermistor Thermometer
|
|
HI 93501 has been designed for those users who need an accurate
yet an inexpensive instrument.
For a fraction of the cost of lab-grade meters, you can now receive a
handy thermometer with ±0.4°C accuracy and with a measurement range
spanning from -20 to 120°C. If this was just not good enough, Hanna will
send you this hi-tech meter with an interchangeable HI 762PWL probe all
included in the low price!
You can choose from a host of Hanna washable HI 762 probes, or even use
any of the available HI 76S2 custom sensors. The HI 762 probe sensors are
precalibrated in the factory which means that you can simply swap the probe
with a new one without having to readjust the meter. There is a host of Hanna
accessories, such as shockproof rubber boots or carrying cases produced to
prolong the life of your unit. As with all Hanna thermometers, HI 93501 boasts
a long battery life and incorporates Battery Error Preventive System
electronics. The Hanna exclusive BEPS ensures that you are first informed of a
low battery situation with ample time to change the common 9V battery. BEPS
then shuts the meter down completely if erroneous readings may be taken due to
low voltage.

HI 99161’s waterproof casing provides excellent protection from water
and humidity typically present in the food industry. HI 99161 comes supplied
with the FC 202D pH electrode with built-in temperature sensor specially designed
for use in the food sector. This electrode features a rugged, easy to clean,
Kynar® body that tapers to a strong conic tip ideal for measurements in
semisolids such as meats and cheeses. The electrode has a free diffusion sleeve
type reference junction which prevents the typical problems of clogging in
viscous liquids or samples with high solids content such as milk or condiments.
The reference electrolyte used in the FC 202D is free from the poisonous silver
chloride which prevents food contamination by the electrode. HI 99161 allows
push button calibration at either NIST or standard buffer sets with auto recognition
and a stability indicator. The temperature is always displayed on the secondary
level of the large LCD.

At the center of today's trend in high efficiency refrigeration and
freezer construction is sophisticated internal electronics and sensors. Few
manufacturers have given any thought to providing the user a convenient means
to monitor internal temperature conditions from the outside. When the contents
of freezer and refrigeration units must be monitored to ensure their safety and
preservation, you need a thermometer just as sophisticated and efficient. The
HI 147 is the ideal choice when you need accurate and reliable temperature
monitoring.
How do you know when the reading on any thermometer is correct? You
could make ice / heat baths and compare the thermometer against a reference
thermometer, factory calibrated using the NIST standard. With HI 147, you do
not need to take the time to perform these tests. Its unique Cal-Check feature
can do it for you. Conveniently located on the face of the thermometer is a
TEST switch. Engage the switch, and the HI 147 performs an internal calibration
check. In only a few seconds, you see the results on the large liquid crystal
display. Return the switch to the READ position, and the HI 147 returns to its
normal measuring function. Cal-Check, from Hanna Instruments, you can depend on
it.
