  • Automatic Temperature Compensation The 4-Ring probe has a built in temperature sensor that will automatically adjust all readings to the standard 25°C
  • 4-Ring potentiometric method of measuring These meters use the proven 4-Ring method of measuring conductivity. This method is far more accurate and reliable than the common 2-ring amperometric method
  • 4 Conductivity Ranges The 4 ranges available will cover every application from deionized water to brine
  • 4 Different Calibration Solutions are available to optimize the reading accuracy: HI 7033 (84µS), HI 7031 (1,413 µS), HI 7030 (12,880 µS), HI 7034 (80,000 µS).

HI 8820 is a professional instrument designed to satisfy the needs of the sophisticated user, while maintaining Hanna's user-friendliness. In addition to the multi-range capability and the 4-Ring potentiometric probe, this meter adds Automatic Temperature Compensation to its list of features. The temperature coefficient can be adjusted by turning a knob on the front panel from 0 to 2.5% per °C, an important plus in acidic, alkaline or highly saline samples. The advanced conductivity probe does not require changing or re-calibration when switching from one range to another. HI 8820 is ideally suited for use in the areas of quality control and general laboratory use. Operation is simple, and can even be performed by non-technical personnel. HI 8820 comes complete with a HI 7684W conductivity probe with a 3.3' (1m) screened cable, voltage adapter (HI 710005 or HI 710006), dust cover and instruction manual.

HI 9032 Conductivity, TDS, Sea Water & 4 Fertilizer Concentrations with One Probe!

  • Automatic Buffer Recognition HI 9032 will automatically recognize buffers 80.0mS, 12.88mS, 84µS, and 1413µS.
  • User Adjustable Controls The user can adjust the TDS factor in addition to the temperature coefficient.
  • Temperature and Conductivity Display The large Liquid Crystal Display will simultaneously show temperature and conductivity.
  • RS232 port Serial interface through the meter's RS232 port will allow data transfer to a PC.

HI 9032 is the most technologically advanced bench-top conductivity meter on the market. In addition to the wide range of conductivity, this meter will measure fertilizer concentration, sea water percentage, Total Dissolved Solids concentration and temperature. HI 9032 is essentially 5 meters in 1.

Conductivity Range: 4 different ranges: 0.0 to 399.9µS/cm, 0 to 3999µS/cm, 0.01 to 39.99mS/cm, 0.1 to 99.9 mS/cm. Independent calibration with Auto-buffer recognition (12,880 µS). The temperature coefficient is user selectable from 0 to 3%.

Fertilizer Concentration: Two different ranges; F1 for 1 type of fertilizer, and F2 for another. The range is 0.01 to 9.99 g/l. F1 and F2 can be calibrated differently and the meter will memorize the data. This allows testing between samples, without recalibration.

Sea Water Percentage: The range is from 0.1 to 130.0 %. This range can be standardized to 100% with HI 7037 solution (standard Atlantic Ocean water) or any other sea water solution.

Total Dissolved Solids: TDS factor can be adjusted from 0.01 to 0.99. TDS ranges are: 0.0 to 199.9 mg/l, 0 to 1999 mg/l, and 0.1 to 19.9 g/l. An RS232 serial port is built into the meter for interfacing with a computer for data transfer. Six memorized programs to meet application needs. HI 9032 is supplied complete with an HI 7683 4-Ring probe with 1m (3.3') cable, HI 7669/2 temperature probe and a dust cover.
