Offering
significantly improved performance, the new CHECK-LINE model PK2
portable, digital stroboscope replaces the older PK1 Pocket-Strobe.
Built in Germany to the highest quality standards and conforming to all CE
requirements, PK2 has an exceptionally bright flash (300 times brighter
than the PK1) and operates at up to 12,000 flashes per minute. It features
highly accurate speed control with drift-free operation, a resolution of
±1 RPM over the entire range, and external triggering capability.
Internal, rechargeable NiMH batteries provide a full hour of continuous
use regardless of flash rate.
Small enough to be operated with one hand, the reasonably priced PK2
delivers performance comparable to larger “pistol grip” type models.
It fits easily in the pocket or can be carried in an optional belt
holster. The PK2 is ideal for non-contact RPM measurement, as well as for
inspecting moving parts by “freezing” or “slowing down” the
action.
The PK2 is supplied as a complete kit that includes the strobe, battery
charger, free NIST-traceable calibration certificate and hard-plastic
carrying case. A signal output for connection to vibration and machine
condition analyzers is also available.
At a quarter the size of other strobes, Pioneer's PK1
Pocket-Strobe is
the world's smallest industrial stroboscope. It offers true portability and
convenient single-handed operation.
The Pocket-Strobe never needs to be hand carried. It fits in a pocket or
can be worn on a belt or in its optional holster.
SPECIFICATIONS:
The Pocket-Strobe is designed to meet UL, CSA and IEC safety
guidelines. Its calibration procedures are traceable to N.I.S.T.
