Novasina's handheld humidity- and temperature measuring instruments are known for their high accuracy, robustness and user- friendliness. Our products are developed from professionals for professionals. For the first time service personnel in the comfort air conditioning field can benefit from the high quality and accurate climate measurement instrument from Novasina.

The battery powered HygroMate measuring instrument is easy to operate and has a robust capacitive humidity and temperature sensor cell. Furthermore the sensor is protected against pollution and damage by a metal-web filter.

The large and clearly readable display with backlight function is not only a eye catcher but allows a comfortable reading in every climate surroundings.

In addition to the relative humidity, other climate parameters as dew point and absolute water content can be displayed. The temperature unit can be displayed either in °C or °F.

For temporary measurement value analysis MIN / MAX, HOLD and AVG functions are available. Furthermore a date and time function as well as an integrated AutoOff function.

The main advantage of the device is possibility of a 2-point calibration for temperature and relative humidity by using the proven Novasina SC Check standard for the ranges of 11/33/
53/75/90 %rH
. These SC Check standards allow a on site calibration.

Each HygroMate is delivered with a factory calibration certificate confirming a 2-point calibration for the relative humidity.

Different practical accessories for mounting, transport, storage and maintenance are also available.

A hand-held instrument for measuring relative humidity and temperature.

Neatly designed, the Novasina ms1 is ideal for measuring relative air humidity and temperature. The unit also calculates and displays dew point temperature, specific enthalpy and other climatic parameters otherwise found only in the Mollier diagram.

Optional you can connect an PC or Laptop direct via an RS-232 interface and read data's into our NOVALOG 32 software tool.

Each instrument can test and adjust by 5 humidity points from 11% up to 90% RH.

An external power supply is available for 115 VAC and 230 VAC.

The climatical surveillance of install-ations, processes, storage areas, museums is today of more and more importance. Too precious are the products and objects. Quality insurance is a must today for all relevant processes.

It is exactly here that the Novasina Hygroguards 10 and 20 are optimally in operation. As a kind of modern thermo-hygrograph they always do valuable service. With a very long autonomy of up to 2 years (battery lifetime) and a memory capacity of 120'000 measuring points, relative humidity and temperature of rooms can be recorded and afterwards recalled in form of a table or graphics. A simple to operate software called "SmartGraph ll" offers additional functions, such as eg. the simultaneous management and configuration of many HygroGuards and recording of their data.

The system is delivered as a complete solution and includes besides the autonomous data logger (with or without LC-Display) also a battery, a special data interface cable, the SmartGraph II analysis and configuration software, together with the corresponding instruction manuals on a CD.

Multiple, useful accessories complement the data logger system ideally.

The HygroDat 100 offers an open system architecture with standard CAN-bus connection.

The sensor and control box can be mounted independently of each other over long distances up to 100 m without influence on the measuring accuracy. Only simple installation cables (5 wires) without shield are necessary.

The transmitter HygroDat 100 gives consistently reliable and accurate data, up to 15 times per second. The HygroDat is equipped with a user-friendly calibration function. With the help of the Novasina SC humidity standards every time the system is checkable or calibratable.

High precision temperature and humidity sensor for demanding applications in industrial environments.
The HIA sensor can be only used for the HygroDat 100 system.

A high performance analogue-amplifying-electronic is integrated in the sensor shaft, which converts accurately the sensor signal into a standard analogue signal. Thanks to this modular design the sensor can be installed up to 100 meters away from the transmitter, avoiding the use of a special cable and the effect of the cable length on the system accuracy. An ordinary 5-pole electro- cable between sensor and transmitter is sufficient for a correct and accurate transmission of the sensitive signals.

The robust polycarbonate sensor housing offers an optimal protection for the electronic parts and the sensor cell. Furthermore different filter systems for and additional sensor cell protection from chemical and mechanical influences are available.

HS - Sensor System
for the new electrolytic CC-1 humidity measurement cell from Novasina.

This since years proven sensor has been developed for the climate measurement instruments of the types HygroDat 05 / 10 / 20. It can be mounted up to 60m from the transmitter using a shielded cable. As plug a mini "Binder" connector with a maximum diameter of 13mm is being used. For the first time that way a direct installation in installation tubes has been made possible. The compact and robust polycarbonate armature of the sensor, contributes, thanks to its characteristics, to a quick response time of the sensor.

In a set, one wall mounting kit as well as a duct mounting flange, which can be employed for a sensor fixation on thin wall ducts, are delivered.

If the ordered cable length is not sufficient, it can be extended by a extension cable without any problems.

Furthermore this sensor has been equipped with the newest and quick electrolytic CC-1 humidity measurement cell. This cell can be easily plugged and exchanged if necessary. Even without any special calibration this systems allows a basic accuracy of +/- 2% rH!

Different practical accessories as protection filter systems, mounting accessories and weather protection shields complete the HS - sensor in a ideal way.

HSM - sensor system
for the proven CK-4 and CK-5 humidity measurement cell

This sensor is a further development of the since years proven ESM sensor for the high precision multifunctional TR 200 measurement system from Novasina.

Even though the same measurement cells CK-4 and CK-5 are used, the armature diameter could be reduced from 20mm to 13mm as well as the whole mass of the sensor. This allows a remarkable shorter response time on humidity and temperature changes.

The sensor can be used in electro-magnetic fields or even in a radio-active environment as it works absolutely passive and no electronics are integrated. Nevertheless cable length up to 60m between sensor and transmitter are possible. Special cable lengths or extension cables are deliverable on demand.

The employed filter protection cap is made of aluminium. Special filter protection sheets made of metal web, active carbon, silver-oxyde or cellgard can be used in different combinations and replaced.

The HSM sensor puts together robustness, lightness and short response time in an ideal way.

Stationary 2-wire system for the measurement of relative air humidity in HVAC applications. Interchangable humidity measurement element. Robustness sensor. 1 point adjusting with Novasina SC check's.

The sensor itself, generate an active 4...20mA signal correspond of 0...100% air humidity direct on the same line of power supply!

The transmitters Novasina TR102 provide continuous monitoring of the relative air humidity in rooms and ducts.
