Payment Methods    

• We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards.  This includes Government IMPAC cards.

• Purchase order terms for Corporate and Educational Institution and Government orders are net 30 days pending credit approval.

Minimum Order     There is a $50.00 minimum order total, not including shipping costs.

Order Cancellation To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at 800-783-6664 or email.  Please be sure to include your order number and reason for cancellation and we will assist you.

Check Order Status To check the status of an online order, email you request to orders@omnicontrols.com . Please be sure to include your sales order number and contact information.

International Orders     In order to process your non-USA/non-Canadian order, we will need both of the following documents faxed to us at +813-971-5117:

• Your most current credit card statement
• And a copy of the front and back of your credit card

Your order will NOT be processed until this information is received.

A seven percent (7%) International Credit card service charge will apply.

We will only ship to the address shown on your credit card statement, which will be verified by the card-issuing bank.

We also accept Wire Transfer payment. Please e-mail your Company information and ship to address to sales@omnicontrols.com . We will send a Proforma Invoice with your order and payment details.
