Model CRF Continuous Level Transmitter
Model CRF

Service Manual
RF and CRF Dielectric Constants (D.C.)

Continuously monitor the level of liquids and slurries, without worry of false signals as a result of material build-up. Loop powered Series CRF delivers a 4-20 mA isolated output signal proportional to the height of material in a tank or holding vessel. Continuous level transmitter can be field calibrated to fit your specific application. Integral electronics and two-wire design simplify installation. Probes should be mounted vertically and are easily trimmed to shorter lengths where required. When mounting in nonmetallic or horizontal tanks, a separate grounding rod must be used. Consult factory regarding mounting flange and grounding rod assemblies.

 Series PLT Piezoresistive Level Transmitter
Series PLT

Service Manual

Series PLT Piezoresistive Level Transmitters provide reliable measurement and control of process levels by sensing the hydrostatic pressure in a tank. The loop-powered level transmitter delivers a 4-20 mA output signal proportional to hydrostatic pressure and specific gravity of the fluid for indicating, recording or control purposes. Easily accessible zero and span potentiometers make calibration in the field quick and simple. Units are equipped with EMI and reverse polarity protections.

 Series UL Ultrasonic Level Transmitter
Series UL

Service Manual

Series UL Ultrasonic Level Transmitters provide continuous noncontact sensing for level control of liquids or slurries. The sensor emits an ultrasonic pulse which is reflected Back to the sensor at the liquid/air interface. The distance traveled by the pulse is calculated and converted into a 4-20 mA output signal. Internal microprocessor performs self diagnostics to indicate possible operating problems such as out-of-range or loss of echo. Failsafe feature can be set to deliver a 3 or 21 mA output in the event the echo is lost.

 Model
UT1264
Ultrasonic Level Transmitter
Noncontact Measurement, Kynar Probe, 4 to 20 mA Output

Model UT1264 Ultrasonic Level Transmitter provides reliable, noncontact liquid level control in corrosive environments The probe is constructed of Kynar for greater chemical compatibility. Integral electronics generate an ultrasonic pulse which is transmitted through the air space in the tank. The pulse is reflected back to the sensor at the liquid/air interface. From the received echo, the time of flight can be calculated which is directly proportional to the distance of the lquid surface to the sensor. A continuous 4 to 20 mA output signal is generated and updated every half second. Units feature a fully adjustable zero and span, height and distance, mode adjustment, lost echo LED indication, and reverse polarity protection.
