The Extech 381626 is a versatile and compact 8 Function Pen-style Digital MultiMeter with Logic Test. The compact pen design is ideal for field technicians as well as bench testing and repairs on electronic equipment. Found in few DMMs, the highly useful logic testing capabilities of the Extech pen meter easily identify a high or low logic threshold level of TTL or CMOS digital circuits in electronic components.

Features Overview

For its small size, the Extech pen DMM offers high-end functions. Capable of measuring mA current, voltage, resistance, diode test, continuity test, the pen’s large 3200 count high contrast LCD display is easy to read and features a bargraph to illustrate analog comparisons similar to an analog meter’s needle swing.

Additional Functions

To avoid fussing with selecting the right measurement range when working on a variety of components – from small electronics to primary electrical sources – the meter automatically adjusts with its “autoranging” capability. The meter permits users to freeze a reading on the display or a range with Data Hold or Range Hold functions.
