Extech 42542 High Temperatuere IR Thermometer

The high temperature Extech 42542 infrared thermometer has a wide temperature range from -58 to 1832°F. A 30 to 1 distance to target ratio allows for measurements of smaller surface areas at greater distances. The adjustable high/low alarm alerts users visually and audibly when temperature measurements exceed the programmed limits. The high temperature Extech 42542 infrared thermometer offers adjustable emissivity for better accuracy on a variety of different surfaces. MIN/MAX/AVG/DIF features display highest, lowest, average, and MAX minus MIN values.

The 42542’s large backlit display allows for taking measurements at night or in areas with low background light, and the laser pointer helps identify the target area. Extech 42542 infrared thermometers feature high resolution of 0.1° up to 199.9°, an automatic data hold feature, and an auto power off function.
