Levenhuk Ra 250RC F8 OTA is designed specifically for astrophotography and has a focal length of 78.8 inches and an objective lens diameter of 10 inches.
This model has a quartz primary mirror covered with 99% reflection power dielectric coating. The main advantage of quartz glass is its low thermal conductivity coefficient. The telescope is also equipped with a dual-speed Crayford focuser that ensures high precision focusing with no backlash.
The model comes with a built-in fan for cooling the primary mirror and has a sturdy metal shell. Another important advantage of Levenhuk Ra 250RC F8 OTA is its smaller dimensions compared to Newtonian telescopes so a smaller mount can be used.
