The Sewage Lift Station Wastewater Level Sensor’sSteelcage design offers the highest reliability in level measurement forsevere high solids environments such as sewage, lift stations, storm canals, wetwells and slurry tanks. The waste water level transmitter system consistsof a submersible pressure sensing element cased in a 316L SST housing. Thelift station wastewater level sensor’s electronics are capable of withstandinglightning strikes and meet RCTA/DO 160D for lightning direct effects and surgeprotection for FAA and MIL-STD test and NASA standard electrical surgerequirements. All Sewage Lift Station Wastewater Level Sensors are CSAexplosion proof and intrinsically safe if used with a client supplied barrierstrip.
The WL430 Sewage Lift Station Wastewater LevelSensor is supplied with 40 ft. of standard polyurethane shielded and ventedcable. The lift station waste water level transmitter’s unique cableventing system allows for barometric pressure differential compensation whilekeeping the elements out, using a Gortex filter encapsulated tip. TheSteelcage design gives full protection and allows sensing to sewage levelsno matter how much debris/mud/sand or rags build up.

When ordering, specify water level range that will cover the maximum water level change for your application (this is not necessarily the total depth of water): 0-3′, 0-15′, 0-30′, 0-60′, 0-120′, 0-250′, and 0-500′. NOTE: There is a $50 extra charge for 0-500′ range sensor. Selecting the smallest water level range possible will ensure the greatest accuracy. Includes 25 feet of cable.
