West was one of the first controller manufacturing companies to design microprocessor based temperature controllers and was on the forefront of the development of self-tune algorithms. More recently, West launched the first multi-loop controller to combine the integrity of a discrete controller with the benefits of bus integration. West has been a division of Danaher Industrial Controls Group since 1994.
